New iOS Build: New Models, New Outfits, New Device

October and November have been really busy months for the Fashion Hazard team. First we released Fashion Hazard on the NOOK, and we’ve been thrilled with the enthusiasm and response that has been getting, so thank you to existing and new players who have been so supportive of our game.

We now are really excited to share our latest iOS update that was absolutely influenced by the feedback and comments we’ve been hearing since August.  Your blog posts, reviews, emails and tweets didn’t fall on deaf ears and what we heard loud and clear was that our models needed a make-over. So we did what most game developers probably do at one point or another, we carefully surveyed what we had in-hand, accessing each and every facet, every pixel, every mesh and every frame of movement…and then we scrapped it all. Started over from nothing but a character name and a typed bio description and with the help of our collaborators at Sonic Union we recreated Ellie, Gabrielle, Rob, LeTigress, Ana and Emma — from their bodies and clothing to their features and movements.

Fear not, if you’re familiar with the game and characters you will recognize their stories which remain unchanged, and if you’ve already purchased character packs they will be replaced with the new and improved characters once you accept the game update from the App Store—no additional purchase is necessary.  If you’ve yet to try out other model packs in the Boutique…now is the time.  The outfits are super cute, the stories are really fun and for anyone who loves fashion and plays casual, action games, we built this game and update for you.

Also in this new build is an enhanced iPhone 5 experience, new fall wallpapers and new ringtones available for sale in the Boutique (just don’t forget to save your previously-purchased summer wallpapers and ringtones…they go off-sale in this build).

As always, we want to hear your thoughts and feedback about this build, especially the new characters. Happy strutting!
